Communication – Matteo texted or called in mornings if and when his team was going to be there. At one point in job something wasn’t to our expectations – he promised to make good explained how and did it!
Creative with solutions – with constraints of our job, which is small 1947 kitchen, He had ideas to make a small galley kitchen look wider and more open.
Good job – Painting and colors suggested-excellent. We are happy with job overall clean, and attention to details.
Cleanliness – it’s a project there is dust, but every day they did tidy up. Trash was taken away, disposed of in our trash cans and bulky items LA sanitation.
Personable – Crew was nice, personable and communicative
Trustworthy – they locked house after work, never entered areas of house without invitation.
Estimate – True to original (we added more- he communicated prices). you pay in lump sums along way.”
